HSHCL Gantry Crane Used for Hangning Expressway Completed Installation and modulation

Recently, our company Shenghua Heavy Crane manufacture two sets 5t+5t-39m-9m Nabla electric hoist gantry crane and one set 60t+60t/10t-39m-9m Lifting girder gantry crane for CHINA COMM CONS Third Highway Engineering Bureau, which usde in Hangning expressway Zhejiang section reconstruction and expansion project have been completed installation and modulation and ready to be put into use.
The Hangning expressway (zhejiang section) starts from the Fuzi ridge in changxing county, the junction of Zhejiang and Jiangsu provinces, and ends at nanzhuang dou, the north section of the hangzhou round-city expressway, with a total length of 98.06 km and a design speed of 120 km/h.
In order to improve the traffic quality, the government decided to reconstruction and expansion this section of the road, including road widening, middle zone transformation, old road milling and planing, full width cover surface, bridge maintenance and reinforcement, roadbed slope protection and drainage improvement, etc.

100T 30M Beam Launcher Export to East Timor for The Expressway Project

Recently, our company Shenghua Heavy Crane manufacture two sets 5t+5t-39m-9m Nabla electric hoist gantry crane and one set 60t+60t/10t-39m-9m Lifting girder gantry crane for CHINA COMM CONS Third Highway Engineering Bureau, which usde in Hangning expressway Zhejiang section reconstruction and expansion project have been completed installation and modulation and ready to be put into use.
The 100t 30m Beam Launcher made by us to erect the precast beams with span less than or equal 30m had been complete, which is for the Suai expressway project in East Timor, and today we export the 100t 30m Beam Launcher to East Timor.
The Suai expressway is the first highway in East Timor with a total length of 155 km and a design speed of 80-100 km, of which the first section of the project is built by the China Railway First Group Co., Ltd. When the 100T 30M beam Launcher arrives at the site, we will send our engineers to conduct installation guidance and use training.
More and more foreign customers choose our bridge building equipment, it has also proved that our equipment has reached the international advanced level, whether it is design, quality or after-sales service.

100T 40m Girder launcher Export to India

The 100t Girder launcher with 40m span made by us to erect the precast beams has been made out and loading by container. Which will be exported to India.
Girder launcher, also known as beam launcher, bridge girder erection machine, overhead launching gantry and so on. Which is used in the erection of precast beam bridges for span by span method of construction for precast beam girders like I-beam, U-beam, T-beam, box-beam, etc. It’s very suitable for bridge construction over river, valley and highway construction.

The 120t Beam Launcher With 30m Span in Sri Lanka Has Been Completed Installation

The total length of the Varavi River Bridge is 607 meters, a total of 20 span and 200 T type beams. It is the largest bridge on the whole line of the project, of which third section is full length of 15km, design speed 120km/h, two-way four lane. This 120t 30m beam launcher is mainly to lift the bridge girders pieces, then erect and put them on the piers one by one, span by span .
The Beam Launcher is widely used in the highway construction. Certainly can be customized for Railway construction. Shenghua Heavy Crane Group specialize in designing and manufacturing bridge building equipment, our bream launcher normal tons has 100t-30m, 120t-30m, 160t-40m, 200t-50m, 300t-50m.

One Set Lifting Girder Gantry Crane and Two Sets Truss Type Gantry Crane is Leaving Factory for Sri Lanka

Two months ago, the Sri Lanka customers visited our company, our group chief engineer introduced our design plan about the Lifting Girder Gantry Crane and Truss Type Gantry Crane to the client in detail. The customer was very positive about our technical level, product quality and production capacity, and then they give us the order. After the advance payment to the account, the company immediately arranges to the three sets gantry crane to speed up production. Finally delivered to the client within the contract period.
The lirting girder gantry crane is a special gantry crane which usually used to loading, unloading, hoisting or transporting the precast beam in the casting yard. And this truss type gantry crane is used together with CD and MD type electric hoist. It is one small and medium-sized crane with axle moves. Its applicable lifting weight is 3 to 32 tons, its applicable span is 12-50meters, and its working environment is -20℃ to +40℃.
